Shipping policy

We try to ship orders within 1-3 business days, if you're ordering MDF
custom cut blanks please know those are on a 2-7 day ship. Holidays and
sales can cause delays please check with us if you need something sent
out within a certain time frame. While we strive to protect your items
to the best of our ability, some of the time the postal service can
damage or lose them. In the event of that happening, we will help you start your
claim with the shipping carrier.  No refunds will be issued until
approval from the carrier. All damage must be reported within 7 days to make an
insurance claim.
